1. Consideration of Case Z#157-24 - Smith Douglas Homes (Public Hearing & Vote)

Staff recommends that the Planning Commission recommend City Council denial of a Condition Amendment, Variance, two Conditional Use Permits (CUPs), and a Zone Map Amendment (Rezoning) that would allow for the development of a 32-unit single-family townhome subdivision off Highway 92 at Woodlands Parkway.
2. Consideration of Z#158-24 - Ragsdale Rd Cornerstone Park Condition Amendment (Public Hearing & Vote)

Staff recommends that the Planning Commission recommend City Council approval of a Condition Amendment (Z#158-24) for the previously approved Northside medical office building project, located at the northeast corner of Highway 92 and Ragsdale Road (A#121-23).
